She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Abele and Robert Abele; her son Neil; and her grandson Stephen. She is survived by: her husband Bernard Katzenstein; her daughters, Sherry, Lori and Wendy; her grandchildren, Michael, Marci, Christopher, Matthew, Deanna, Kristin, Nicholas and Eric; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Mackenzie, Morgan, Lilly and Grace.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clark Associates Funeral Home (4 Woodsbridge Rd, Katonah, NY 10536). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 9:30 AM and at 10:00 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Ferncliff Cemetery (280 Secor Rd, Hartsdale, NY 10530).
