Joan DeMelis Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan DeMelis of Somers, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 22, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Brucale and Theresa Brucale (Lacerra); and her husband Guy DeMelis. She is survived by: her sons, Guy (Erica) of Mahopac, NY, Richard of Somers, NY and John (Claudia) of Redding, CT.; and her grandchildren, Joseph, Amanda, Nathaniel and Lia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
