He is survived by: his wife Diane Libertini Carr; his children, Gayle (Avery Jenkins), Brett (Kimberly Carr) and Rachel (David Whitehead); his stepson Michael Libertini (Jamie); his grandchildren, Shayna, Miriam (Richard Maloney), Hannah, Ella and Jordan; his stepgrandchildren, Lily and Mackenzie; and his nephew Mark Keizer.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Joseph J. Smith Funeral Home, Inc. (692 US-6, Mahopac, NY 10541). The military honors will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
