We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2025, at the age of 86, Barbara A. Murphy-Fahje of Somers, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barbara touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Murphy and Bridget Murphy; her husband Donald; and her siblings, Mary Agnes, Margaret, Martin and Eileen. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clark Associates Funeral Home (4 Woodsbridge Rd, Katonah, NY 10536). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Josephs RC Church (95 Plum Brook Rd, Somers, NY 10589). A burial was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 1:15 PM to 1:45 PM at the St. John's Cemetery (80-01 Metropolitan Ave, Flushing, NY 11379).
