He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Davis and Mary Jane Davis. He is survived by: his wife Larine; his children, Phillip of Horseheads, Michael (Lisa) of Orlando, FL, Colleen Price (Benjamin) of DeWitt and Leann Diggs (Timothy) of Pleasant Prairie, WI; and his sister Jill Doss (Robert) of Chittenango. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
