It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita (Barkley) Prindle (Solvay, New York), who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, let us honor Rita's memory by embracing the beauty of each fleeting moment, knowing that her spirit resides in the eternal tapestry of existence, forever woven into the fabric of our hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Isabelle (Fournier) and George Barkley; her sons, William Prindle Jr. and Mitchell Prindle; and her sister Marie Alberti.
She is survived by: her husband William Arthur Prindle; and her children, Garrett (Paula), Mary (James) and David (Jennifer). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, nieces, a nephew, and several furry companions.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bagozzi Twins Funeral Home (2601 Milton Ave, Solvay, NY 13209). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Peace Church (203 Halcomb St, Syracuse, NY 13209).
