He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Blanchard and Antoinette Blanchard; his brother Kenneth Jr.; his great grandchild Amelia Farella; and his parents-in-law, Aldo and Anna Salvagni.
He is survived by: his wife Donna of Solvay; his children, Doni Blanchard of Cortland and Jana Kilburn of Solvay; and his brother John of Idaho. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
