He was predeceased by: his father John Bongevengo. He is survived by: his mother Lorraine DeSantis; his son John Kasarda; his siblings, Lori, Lita, Jody and Jason; his grandson Gabriel; his niece Amanda; and his nephew Eric. He is also survived by great nephews and niece.
