He is survived by: his significant other Leslie Ford; his mother Lucille Premo; his son Leslie (Tricia); his daughter-in-law Kathy; his stepdaughters, Sarah Leone (Mike) and Jessica Haynes; his grandchildren, Bryce (Jesyka), Heaven Forbes-Spade (Corey), Skyler (Alexyn), Lydia, Clayton, Jayson Bridgeman (Gabby), Charlotte, Margaret Leone and Jacob Haynes; and his siblings, Todd (Betty), Janice (Tammy), Jaqueline Sveda (George), Jocelyn Eller (Nate) and Jennifer Wood. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
