He is survived by: his daughters, Judith Ann Madej (Kenneth) and Andrea Rowe (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Marissa Madej (Greg Noble), Stephen Madej (Meredith) and Meghan Ferrara (Yewie); his great grandchildren, Hazel, Landon, Ava and Peregryn; his sister Betty Husner (Jug); and his brother-in-law Timothy Sampson (Alice). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
