He was predeceased by: his daughter Zariyah Roldan; his stepmother Ana Contreras-Roldan; his foster parents, Maria Vazquez and Herminio Colon; and his foster siblings, Carmen Mora and Eli Mora.

He is survived by: his parents, Rafaela Guerrero Concoran and Jose Roldan; and also, Yadiel Roldan, Joel Roldan, Manuel Roldan, Zachary Kimbrough, Johnathan Turner and Divani Turner. He is also survived by his children and parents, Luis also leaves behind 11 sisters and 8 brothers.
