She is survived by: her husband Bruce; her children, David (Susan) and Brenda Neal; her grandchildren, Jennifer (David), Abby (Jay), Rachel (Jeremy) and Paul (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Charlie, Jack, Chase, Landon and Grant.

In lieu of flowers, Joyce's love of animals can be shared with a donation to Wayne County Humane Society, 1475 County House Rd Lyons, NY 14489.
