He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Neal and Jennie Neal (Delling); his siblings, Mildred Eygnor, Raymond and Maurice; his grandson Andy Neal; and his sister-in-law Mary Neal Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Shove); his sons, Mark (Teresa), Brian (Lisa) and Scott; his grandchildren, Jenny, Sara, Abby, Jake, Ashley, Josh and Paige; and his great grandchildren, Jenna, Hannah, Maddie, Charlie and Jack.
