We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2019, at the age of 97, John Prendergast (Snyders Lake, New York), born in Watervliet, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Prendergast to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Prendergast and Grace Bott Prendergast; his son John J. Prendergast, Jr.; and his brother William Prendergast (Concetta). He is survived by: his wife Joan E. Niebuhr Prendergast; his children, Christine M. Roder (Harold) of Sand Lake and Brian J. Prendergast (Laura); his grandsons, Aaron Roder of Averill Park and Joshua Prendergast of Troy; his great grandchildren, Sophia and Axel Roder; and his siblings, Kathleen Bisio (Paul) of Florida, Michael Prendergast (Keitha) of Cohoes, Grace Taggart (late Bernard) and Doris Smith (late Vincent). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
