Thelma Lettieri Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thelma Lettieri (Smithtown, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie (Custa), Denise, Don (Fran) and Pauline (John); her grandchildren, Jonathan (Holly), Christina (Robert), Alisha (Ray), Victoria (Kevin), April, Daniel, Bryanna and Brittany; and her great grandchildren, Francesca, Riley, Kayla, Johnny, Theo, Darren and Bailey.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hawkins & Davis Funeral Home (17 Manor Rd, Smithtown, NY 11787). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 15th 2024 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A prayer was held on Friday, August 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home Friday August.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in Thelma's loving memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
