A Mass was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the St Patrick's RC Church (280 E Main St, Smithtown, NY 11787). An entombment was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Charles Cemetery (2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
