We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2023, at the age of 83, Patricia Jean Hofmo (Smithtown, New York), born in Murrysville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvia Kasmoch and Pete Kasmoch. She is survived by: her son Scott; her sister Barbara; her brother-in-law Daniel; her nephews, Dennis and Curtis Poremski; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kate, Maggie, Kyle, Peter and Jacob; her stepgranddaughter Shannon Wade; and also, Pamela and Paige.

“Scott, I just learned that your mom passed over the bridge of life to be with the Lord forever. My heart goes out to you. I loved your mom dearly as a wonderful neighbor and friend. She was always the first neighbor at my door when I brought home a new baby. She would say “give me that baby”. And you could see her heart melting as you cuddled and loved on our new baby. I feel I got to know her so deeply when she would come by our house to visit and I grew to love her and Always will.”
