He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Quinn and Josephine Quinn; and his siblings, Rosemary Makris, Carmel McGovern and Jerry.

He is survived by: his wife Anne M. Quinn; and his children, Kathleen Siebert (Mark), Terence Quinn, Brendan Quinn (Nancy), Marybeth McGann, Patrick Quinn (Elizabeth), Neil Quinn (Penny), Timothy Quinn (Lori), Regina Ruoff (Mike), Laurence Quinn (Jeanmarie) and Julianne Kelly (James). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
