Visitation was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fives Smithtown Funeral Home (31 Landing Avenue, Smithtown, NY 11787). A burial was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Charles Cemetery (2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
