We bid farewell to Carmen L. Borghese (Smithtown, New York), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 31, 2024 at the age of 92. Carmen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Carmen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Carmen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her son Ralph. She is survived by: her husband Carmine "Sonny" Borghese; her children, Doreen Vazquez and Dominick "Nicky" Borghese; and her grandchildren, Michael, Carmen, Anthony, Victoria and Vincent.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Branch Funeral Home (190 E Main St, Smithtown, NY 11787). A Mass was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 9:45 AM at the St. Patrick's R C Church (280 E Main St, Smithtown, NY 11787).
