Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hawkins & Davis Funeral Home (17 Manor Rd, Smithtown, NY 11787). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
