With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara V. Vallilee of Smithboro, New York, born in Johnson City, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 19, 2024 at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earle Heyman and Bertha Heyman; her sisters, Patricia Horton (Ray) and Johanna Franciscovich (Peter); her parents-in-law, Dorothy and Bernard Vallilee; her grandsons, Seth and Jacob Vallilee; and her niece Andrea Hatzinger.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelley; her son-in-law Frank Marconi; her sons, Kevin (Regina Vallilee) and Jonathan (Terri Vallilee); her grandchildren, Kiley Marconi, Aidin, Elijah Vallilee and Chelsea Foster (Tom); her great grandchild Abigail Foster; her siblings, Kathleen Andress (Richard) and Earle Heyman, Jr. (Janice); her husband Bernard "Barney" J. Vallilee; and also, Thomas Vallilee (Mary Ann) and Ann Rogers. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
