He was predeceased by: his father Michael J. Kelly. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Katie, Annie, Jack, Liam and Nicholas; his mother Ann E. Kelly of Sloatsburg, NY; and his siblings, Joan, Eileen and Kevin.
