He is survived by: his mother Winifred Smith of Sloatsburg; his wife Marilyn; his daughter Sheri; his son-in-law Benjamin Quintana of Bethlehem; his son Sean; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Smith of Sloatsburg; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Alex, Kelli, Kristofer and Nicole; his sister Brenda; and his brother-in-law Dave Beyerlein of Bend. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
