Elsie Angela Walsh Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elsie Angela Walsh of Sloatsburg, New York, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 18, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Elsie Angela shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Elsie Angela farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Enrico Gasparri and Maria Gasparri (Righi); and her sisters, Vera Gatto of Reading, PA and Ann Sabetta of Scranton, PA. She is survived by: her husband William J. Walsh; and her daughters, Debra Walsh (Mario Imbrogno) and Jacki Walsh. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Elsie's family requests that contributions be made in her memory to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
