He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Miner and Helen Miner (Chaplin); his wife Kandis Miner (Roe); his children, Tammie Peck of Unadilla, Theresa McGowan of Ilion, Victoria Lacroce of Sherburn, Kari Miner of South Plymouth, Kim Smart of Niagara Falls and Kyle Smart of Sloansville; and his siblings, Jane Cress, Sheila Tarte, Larry Miner, Bert and Cindy. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
