He was predeceased by: his father Gary Swift Sr.; and his sister Karen. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his son Matthew P. Ernst; his mother Patricia Merkel (Andrew); and his siblings, Peter, Janelle, Ray, Gary, Kimberly and Mickey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
