It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henrietta Kozurkiewicz (Sloan, New York), who passed away on June 17, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Chester Kozurkiewicz; and her sisters, Marie Kendrick (Donald), Charlotte Kupinski (late Arthur), Helen Bueme (late Santo) and Josephine Andrzejewski (late Richard).

She is survived by: her children, Donna King (David), Lawrence Tymorek (Diane), Sandra Peruzzini (David), Joseph Tymorek (Charlene), Cynthia Roth (Bill Reuman), Kathleen Dolce (Joseph) and David Kozurkiewicz (Mary); and her sister Alice Kotlowski (late Frank). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
