She was predeceased by: her husband Edward F. Surdej Sr.; and her son David Surdej (Roslyn "Roz"). She is survived by: her children, Robert (Loretta), Donald (Michelle), Edward F. Surdej Jr. and Audrey Dembinski. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; predeceased by 5 siblings; also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
