With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence P. Jablonski of Sloan, New York, who passed away on November 15, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Adam Jablonski. She is survived by: her sons, Adam Jablonski III (Dianne) and Mark Jablonski (Michele); her grandchildren, Carrie Borrello (Michael), Brad, Erik (Chelsea), Kyle (Samantha), Chad and Ashley Jablonski; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Evan, Adeline, Ariya, Cole and Mila; and her siblings, Adele Sicignano (late Thomas), Edward, Christine, Dorothy and Thomas. She is also survived by relatives and friends.

Donations in Florence's name may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
