He was predeceased by: his wife Alice; and his siblings, Edward (late Alice), John (Freida), Stella Netzel (late Henry), Helen Durlak (late Marion), Ceil Wlodarczyk (late Henry), Bronislaus (Lorraine) and Stanley (late Arlene).
He is survived by: his children, Sharon, Kenneth and Kathleen Kosinski; his granddaughters, Alicia Hark (Robert) and Amanda Wyzykowski; his great grandchild Morgan Hark; and his siblings, Bertha Kaczmarek (late Teddy), Frances Nowicki (Frank), Frank (Marian) and Eleanor Buczek (late Frank). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in Chester's name to the Brothers of Mercy Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
