She was predeceased by: her husband Max Schaffer; her parents, David Sauber and Ella Sauber; and her sibling Morty Sauber of Niagara Falls. She is survived by: her sister Selma Mann; and her sons, Mark (Sara) of Saratoga Springs, Paul (Eileen) of San Diego and Howard (Wendy) of Bethlehem. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and twenty nieces and nephews.
