With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Wray Jordan of Slingerlands, New York, who passed away on March 29, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Wray Jordan and Rose Patricia Donnelly Jordan. He is survived by: the mother of his children Barbara Jordan of Slingerlands; his sister Linda Reilly (Dennis Liburdi) of Latham; his children, Kimberly Whitacre of Mechanicville, Lisa Buffaline (Ricky) of Latham and Jeffrey Jordan (Jennifer) of East Greenbush; his grandchildren, Katie, Ryan Buffaline, Natalie and Colin Jordan; his nephews, Brian McGuire and Kevin Reilly; and also, Liam and Grayson Jordan.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home (149 Old Loudon Rd, Latham, NY 12110). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Assumption Church (498 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Latham, NY 12110). A burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (2900 Tibbits Ave, Troy, NY 12180).
