Hedi McKinley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hedi McKinley of Slingerlands, New York, who passed away on September 20, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Hans Freund and Will McKinley; her husband Joe Levinger; her parents, Karl Faludi and Mascha Deutsch; and her stepmother Marie Schrenger.
She is survived by: her cousin Claire Lissance; her stepchildren, William (Lu), Katie (William), Sam (Beryl), Laurie (Annie), Lou (Jackie) and Joe (Lisa); and her friends, Hedi and Will. She is also survived by nine step grandchildren, six step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Hedi's name to the Holocaust Survivors & Friends Education Center or the Albany chapter of Planned Parenthood.
