With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Person of Slingerlands, New York, who passed away on October 17, 2020 at the age of 42. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edward Person to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Person. He is survived by: his parents, Elaine Person and Tom Person of Altamont; his wife Maran Person (Franke); his sons, Maxwell and Zachary Person; his siblings, Jody Gazenbeek-Person (Anton), Shawn Person (Lisa), Jason Malek (Betsey), Alex Person (Ann), Matt Person (Donna), Mike Catalano (Shirley) and Melinda Person (Kelly); his parents-in-law, Fran and Steve Franke; his sister-in-law Kristin Stalker (Michael); and his pets, Baxter and Buster. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.

Masks and social distancing are required and occupancy limitations will be followed at the Church.

Those wishing to remember Eddie in a special way and in lieu of flowers are strongly encouraged to make a contribution in his name to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave., Albany, NY 12204.
