He is survived by: his wife Judy Diamond Phillips; his children, Michelle Davidoff (Doug Harff), Jonathan Phillips (Amy Phillips), Tracey Nussbaum (Keith Nussbaum), Rick Lev (Tammy Lev) and Scott Phillips (Debra Phillips); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Cody, Dylan Czajkowski, Max, Julia Davidoff, Tyler, Connor, Morgan, Lindsey, Dylan Phillips, Jake Nussbaum, Carlee (Nussbaum), Alexander (Josh Alexander), Brett Nussbaum, Jordan and Brendan Lev.
