He was predeceased by: his father George. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Thalia, Theo, Alice, Ella and Michael; his sisters, Chrysanthe (Stephen) and Alexandra (Akira); his nieces and nephews, Daphne, Ellie and Tripper; and his close friend Edward Stickles.
