He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Ruscigno and Rose Marie Ruscigno (Ferraro); his wife Svitlana Borysenko of Ruskin, FL; his daughters, Rachel and Jennifer; his sister Jane Tambascio (Michael); and his stepson Max (Sabrina).
