It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugh Barbour of Sleepy Hollow, New York, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Brown Barbour and Dorothy Dickinson; his wife Sirkka (Talikka); and his daughters, Elisa, Celia and Maida. He was also cherished by 3 grandchildren.
