She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Joseph and Jane Shortle (Feely); her daughter Polly; her grandson Angus McConnon; her brother Richard Shortle; and her former husband Chester Hopkins.
She is survived by: her daughter Julia Hopkins of Hawthorne, NY; her grandsons, Evan and Patrick McConnon; her daughter Katherine Greenberg (Howard) of Westport, CT; her granddaughters, Hannah and Emily Greenberg; her daughter Suzanne Moseley of Boston, MA; her granddaughters, Madeleine, Caroline and Olivia Chase; her stepgrandchildren, Margot, Thomas III and Frederick Moseley; and her niece Kerry Shortle.
