He was predeceased by: his father Carl W. Skinner. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis J. Skinner of Slate Hill; his spouse Fredericka "Rickie" Hudson; his siblings, James Skinner (Laurie) of Slate Hill, N. Y, Wayne Skinner (Karen) of Slate Hill, N. Y, Mark Skinner (Maureen) of Clifton Park, N. Y., Karen Doll (Ben Pearce) of Charleston, S. C. and Stacey Cusick (John) of Cuddebackville, N. Y.; and his close friends, Louise, Frank, Donna and Charles. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
