He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kowalewski and Sophie Plocharczyk Kowalewski; and his siblings, Edward Kowalewski and Sandra Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Stella Gilnick Kowalewski; his children, Danielle Dailey, Joseph Dailey (Christina), Keri Booth (Mickey) and James Kowalewski Jr. (Crista O'Brien); his grandchildren, Cameron, Riley Dailey, Levon and Jack Booth; his sisters, Alice Krawcyk (Tom), Karen Morace (David) and Kathy White; his niece Shawna; his sister Cynthia Kowalewski; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Kowalewski and Paul Pierce. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.
Due to COVID 19, the funeral home and church are currently following the CDC guidelines regarding the use of masks.
