She was predeceased by: her husband Herman R. Hoops. She is survived by: her children, Brenda E. Hoops of Baltimore, MD and Herman R. Hoops (Valerie) of Jensen, UT; her grandchildren, Hatteras Herman Hoops and Gillian Elisabeth Boutin (Dan); and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Xander, Jacqueline Boutin, Nicholas Hoops, Saoirse Hoops and Dorothy Steneck.
