She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Gray and Mildred Gray (Warren); her siblings, Sandra Weston and Richard Minkus Sr. (Dick); her grandchildren, Joe, Kim, Tom and Matt; her great grandchild Livia Dembeck; her husband Richard Minkus Sr.; her children, Richard Minkus Jr. (Geri) of New Hampton, NY and Lori Gardner (David) of Poestenkill, NY.; her grandchildren, Joseph Minkus of Slate Hill, NY, Kimberly Dembeck (Dylan) of Warwick, NY, Thomas Minkus (Brittany) of New Hampton, NY, Matthew Gardner (Stephanie) of Poestenkill, NY and Erin Fish (Robert) of East Greenbush, NY.; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Sawyer Dembeck, Nicholas and Addison Gardner; her brothers, Frank Gray (Mary) of Monroe, NY and Jerry Gray (Nancy) of Camden, SC; her friend Carol; and also Lorraine Sisco. She was also cherished by friends, many patients and co-workers.
Due to the COVID-19 virus, a celebration of Carol's life will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the 2020 Walk to End Alzheimer's team "Knocking out Alzheimer's" of the Alzheimer's Association of Northeastern New York Chapter located at 4 Pinewest Plaza Suite 405, Albany NY 12205.
