It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy John Bowen formerly of Skaneateles, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on May 30, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert W. Bowen; his brother David (Maggie); and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Bossi and Deborah Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Rhea Bowen; his daughters, Erin and Megan; his mother Dorrine; and his siblings, Cathy Quattrone (John), Mary Bossi, Robert W. Jr., Carol Miner and William. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
