She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Cheryl Rice Adams (David), Kathryn Rice Wesley and Kimberly Rice Manrow (Scott); and her siblings, Stella Frysinger, Loius Frysinger and Bill Iiames. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
