She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis West and Kathleen West; her husband Michael Kelly; and her siblings, Mary Hensel (Ronald) and David West.
She is survived by: her daughter Meghan Kresge (David); her grandchildren, Daniel and Beatrice; her daughter Molly Rathfon (John); her grandchildren, Charlie and Vivian; and her brothers, C. Martin Jr. (Nancy Kelly) and Dr. Joseph T. (Amy Kelly). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
