He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Patrick and Edna Scouten; and his son Mark Scouten. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Scouten; his son Carl R. Scouten (Lisa); his grandchildren, Carl M. Scouten (Lindsey), Paul Scouten (Danna), Mary Tamburri (Michael) and Andrew Scouten; and his great grandchild Christopher.

In lieu of flowers, Ray's family asks for contributions to a charity of your choice.
