He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Corey and Mary Corey (Gage); his wife Marilyn (Feeney); his children, James, Brian and Michele (Khasidis); and his siblings, Carole (Kelly) and Jeffrey. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
