She is survived by: her father Douglas Hawkes; her daughters, Kirsten and Lindsey Davis; the father of her children Philip Davis; her sister Sarah Hawkes-Bartlett; her nieces, Hannah and Hope; her sister Hannah Preston (Eric); her nephews, Daniel and Lucas; her niece Abigail; and her aunts and uncles, Dora Haefele and Jan Brown (John).
